Please Support Us

In order to maximize our efforts to preserve and perpetuate Hawaiian music and culture, we try to make all of our events free and open to the public. We do not charge admission so funding must come in the form of grants and both monetary and in-kind donations.

Support for HIMELE's festivals and educational programs comes from many sources including:

  • Public and private donations
  • Corporate and business donors
  • Resort properties
  • Shopping destinations
  • State of Hawai‘i agencies

These resort properties and tourism destinations have provided in-kind and event funding:

  • Ka‘anapali Beach Hotel
  • Courtyard Kaua‘i at Coconut Beach
  • Sheraton Kaua‘i at Coconut Beach
  • Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows
  • Mauna Lani, Auberge Resorts Collection

  • Outlets of Maui
  • Queen Ka‘ahumanu Center
  • Ka Makana Ali‘i Shopping Center
  • Windward Mall
  • Kahala Mall

  • Hawai‘i Tourism Kūkulu Ola Program (calendar 2020)
  • Hawai‘i State Foundation on Culture and the Arts (SFCA) (July, 2017 through June, 2019)
